Travel Health & Immigration
The traveler is fully responsible for all visa, passport, immigration, quarantine, customs, health, immunizations and other requirements of the countries visited or transited.

A valid passport must be carried by each person which is valid for another 6 months from the end date of their tour. Ancient Culture Tours is not responsible for the consequences to the traveler for failure to comply with these requirements.

Disclosures
If the traveler has physical or mental conditions that may pose a discomfort, danger or risk to the traveler, other travelers or third parties (passengers and/or crew), these conditions must be disclosed to Ancient Culture Tours at time of booking.

Client Cancellation
If for any reason a traveler cancels a tour after booking, the following cancellation charges will apply:

61 – 90 days prior to departure date, 15% cancellation charge
36 – 60 days prior to departure date, 35% cancellation charge
22 – 35 days prior to departure date, 50% cancellations charge
1 – 21 days prior to departure date, 100% cancellation charge

If a service provided by Ancient Culture Tours is cancelled by a client due to last-minute illness or flight cancellation, this is considered a “no-show” and no refund will be made. The same rule applies if a client decides to leave the holiday before its end. If a client cancels a trip prior to 90 days before the departure date, a $100 processing fee would apply. Trip Cancellation insurance is highly recommended.

Liability
The traveler clearly understands that ANCIENT CULTURE TOURS (ACT) as provider of the tour is in no way responsible and can assume no liability of any nature whatsoever for this tour and any acts, omissions or negligence by ACT or companies and persons with which ACT may contract.

In consideration of the benefits to be derived from participation on the tour, the traveler voluntarily accepts all risk of personal injury and property damage or loss arising from participation on the tour and hereby agrees that he/she and his/her dependents, heirs, executors and assigns do hereby release and hold harmless ACT from any and all claims, including claims of illness, bodily injury, death or property damage or loss, however caused, arising from or related to this trip.

ACT and its cooperating agents make every effort to select reliable suppliers and contractors to provide ground transportation and hotel, guide and other travel related services, but does not assume responsibility, directly or indirectly, for any loss, damage, accident, expense, delay or injury to property or person in connection with such services.

Each traveler agrees not to hold ACT its owners, employees, agents or representatives liable for any loss or injury, expense, or damage which results directly or indirectly from any act or omission of any person or firm which is to or does not provide goods or services in connection with the tour or any available option. ACT and its cooperating agents shall not be liable for circumstances arising as a result of: Acts of God; weather; detention; annoyance; delays and expenses arising from quarantine; strikes, theft, pilferage; war; force majeure; military, political or terrorist action; civil disturbances; government restrictions or regulations; failure of any means of conveyance to arrive or depart as scheduled; discrepancies or changes in transit over which they have no control.

The traveler agrees not to sue ACT and/or its participating agents. On payment of the deposit, the traveler agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth above. ACT reserves the right to decline to accept or retain any person as a member of the tour any time before departure or during the tour. The traveler understands that he/she has not been treated for, nor is aware of any physical or other condition or disability that would create a hazard for other members of the tour.

The traveler fully understands the cancellation policies as described on the ancientculturetours.com website.
